The Professional Office Tower has a total of 76,000 sq feet on 4 floors of office space, designed by noted medical facility architect Dan Patterson. The design is pleasant and tasteful, and at the same time practical and efficient for a medical office.
Located on the Northwest Texas Hospital campus, the facility has several features that will maintain a state of the art facility for years to come, including high speed internet available in wireless or cable format, T1 lines, fiber optic links to NWTH for patient information and digital radiology viewing, energy management systems, and high efficiency lighting. All offices have full service available, including utilities, janitorial, & maintenance.
Why waste time driving to the hospitals ? Time wasted in your car is time you could spend seeing patients or with your family. Your office can be a short walk to the NWTH ER, Heart Hospital, L & D, ICU, or Main Hospital. This office is also extremely convenient to BSA, whether you choose to drive, walk, or use an electric scooter reaching BSA in less than 2 minutes. (That's less time than you would spend circling around the BSA doctors garage.) Most of our doctors park in the NWTH garage immediately behind the building, and don't have to get in their car again until they go home.

Is it expensive ? Not at all. These spaces are comparably priced to other medical office space available on Coulter, and are actually less than the published rental costs for medical office space 2 blocks away. We have found that medical offices prefer full service leases that have no hidden costs. Unlike many of the other office spaces you will see, these include all janitorial, maintenance, electricity, heating, and property taxes. After you factor in these costs, our rent is the same as nearby properties, plus we have the better location. Bring us your offer from older properties and you may be surprised that you can do better at the Professional Office Tower.
Wouldn't building my own office be better? Not necessarily. You won't find any facilities closer to the medical center campus than the offices at Northwest. In addition, there are significant risks involved in developing and operating your own facility. The cost of land, design, and construction will cost at least $150 per sq ft in today's booming construction market, tying up a large amount of capital. It is unlikely for you to recoup your investment for many years to come, if ever. Owning your own facility ties you down to a specific site which may not be in a great location, and will limit your ability to grow bigger, or downsize as needed.
Does it match my professional image? You are in control of the finish out of your space. You can design your office to maximize efficiency and elegance, and minimize any annoying features that you might have to endure with your present office. If you have no experience designing a medical office, we will hire an architect to work with you.
